Do you have a door policy?
Smart/Casual. No Hats/Hoods. Admission to Brick & Beam is at management’s discretion. Invite or advance tickets do not guarantee entry. If entry is refused to a ticket holder, you can obtain a full refund (minus booking fee) by contacting Brick & Beam after the event at enquiries@brickandbeam.co.uk.
Is The Garden Room outside?
No. The Garden Room is indoors complete with air conditioning and heating.
Are under 18's allowed
The Garden Room along with the entire 2nd floor is for 18+ only
Can our guest go into any other spaces?
Yes. The Garden Room is conveniently joined to our outdoor terrace and terrace bar.
Do you offer food and drinks packages?
Yes. A range of food and drink options are available and bespoke food and drink packages can be arranged. Contact us for detailed information about our catering options.
Can we use our own suppliers?
We don’t allow external catering however you can use your own suppliers for other products and services like decor and DJ’s. Contact our team to find out more.
What time are you licensed until?
We are licensed to run events until 10.30pm Sun – Thurs and 1.00am on Fridays and Saturdays. Events can be extended. Events can be extended, please enquire with our venues team.
Can we provide our own Music?
The music from our adjoining Terrace Bar will play through into The Garden Room. Our general music policy is R&B, Soul, Disco and Neo Soul.
Can I bring own drinks?
All drinks must be bought from the bar.
Can I decorate the The Venue?
You’re welcome to bring in your own decorations. You are welcome to stick things on the wall with blu-tack. We don’t allow confetti/glitter of any kind including confetti balloons. We can also provide the decor for your event.

Can we come in earlier to set-up?
We are happy for you to come in prior to set-up and organise your event depending on availability of The Garden Room. Please ask a member of our team.
Is there disabled access?
We currently do not have disabled access. The Garden Room is based on the second floor of Brick & Beam.
Where do I park?
Street parking is available throughout Queen Street and surrounding streets.
£1 for 1 hour / £2 for 3 hours / Free after 6pm and Sundays
There are also are a number of car parks close to brick & beam, with the NCP Rutland Centre Car Park (Postcode for sat nav: LE1 1TQ) being the closest to us.
